Dr Simon Walsh B.D.S.
Principal dentist
Dr Simon Walsh completed his bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide. He worked in the Northern Territory immediately after graduating for five years. He also worked in United Kingdom for one year before returning to Adelaide to continue in private practice.
He bought our practice in 2002 and has steadily grown the business, continuing to offer a high standard of dental care.
Dr Amy Cao
Associate dentist
Dr Amy completed her dental degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, graduating with awards for academic excellence and leadership. In addition to working privately, Dr Amy is also a dental officer for the South Australian Dental Service in the public sector.
Her gentle and friendly chair-side manner help even the most anxious patients enjoy their dental visit. She takes pleasure in getting to know her patients and tailoring treatment to each individual.
In her spare time, Dr Amy loves arts and crafts, eating out and volunteering for dental charities.
Jessica Goodall
Oral Health Therapist/Adult TherapistJess was born and raised in Adelaide where she graduated from the Bachelor of Oral Health in 2012.
She is dedicated to continually advancing her skills and completed a post-graduate degree at The University of Adelaide in 2018.
Jess is passionate about preventative dentistry and providing gentle, empathetic, and patient- centred care to both children and adults.
Her hobbies include playing soccer, gardening, and socialising with friends and family.
Jess works Monday to Thursday at Walsh Dental.
Melissa White
Oral Health Therapist/Adult TherapistMelissa graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health degree from the University of Adelaide in 2004, with awards for outstanding academic achievement.
She also completed the Graduate Certificate in Oral Health Science in 2019, extending her scope of practice to include examinations and restorative care for adults.
Melissa has worked in both private dental practice and for the public dental service. She is committed to providing holistic dental care while ensuring patients feel at ease and comfortable.
In conjunction with her current clinical work, Melissa is involved with educating oral health students as a tutor for the University of Adelaide Dental School. She is also committed to continuing education and is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Hons)
In her spare time, Melissa loves spending time with her three sons, the outdoors and playing netball.
