
Dr. Thadsha Kirushanthan graduated in 2010, has worked in Victoria, South Australia country, and Adelaide private clinics before she took the responsibility as a principal dentist at Walsh Dental. Dr. Thadsha has followed in her father's footsteps and become an owner-operator at Walsh Dental. Her Dad and Grand dad both owned medical practices for many years, which has given her exceptional support and enormous knowledge to now lead this 20-year-old practice.
Dr. Thadsha has 15 years of experience in the dental industry. Her patients often mention how comfortable they feel in her care, and her warm, caring nature helps her build strong connections with them.
She is a highly competent dentist in all aspects of dentistry from general procedures to implant placements. Dr.Thadsha enjoys researching and utilising new techniques and technology to provide gold standard treatment for her patients that achieve optimal results.
Dr. Thadsha has special interests in Cosmetic Dentistry, Clear Aligner Therapy for Teeth Straightening, Crowns, Veneers, Dental Implant Surgery, Surgical Extractions, Root Canal Treatment, Denture and Teeth Whitening.
Dr. Thadsha is a member of The Australian Society of Implant Dentistry and successfully graduated from The Australian Society of Implant Dentistry in Sydney. She is a member of Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Implant Dentistry and Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons.
Dr. Thadsha is happily married to her husband Dr. Kirushanthan a GP here in Adelaide, who gives her immeasurable support to run Walsh Dental. She has 2 amazing boys 13-year-old and 9 years old who keep her busy in-between their sports schedule. She lives local (Linden Park) right near the practice. She enjoys yoga and Srilankan cultural dance Bharatham in her home routine. Dr. Thadsha is also speaks fluent in Tamil and Sinhalese.

Jess Goodall, Walsh Dental’s Oral Health Therapist, is a passionate and highly skilled practitioner. Graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health degree from the University of Adelaide in 2012, she began working in the country for several years before commencing at Walsh Dental in 2020. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to completing postgraduate studies in 2018, extending her scope of practice to include examinations and restorative care for adults.
Jess is passionate about preventative dentistry and providing gentle, empathetic, and patient-centred care to both children and adults. She takes pride in providing a high standard of dental care, and her ability to create a relaxing experience for even the most anxious patients.
Outside of her professional life, Jess enjoys tending to her indoor plants, spending time with her lorikeet “Chilli”, and socialising with friends and family. Jess works at Walsh Dental Tuesday-Friday.

Chelsea is passionate about ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment and prioritizes treatment planning according to the patients' individual needs. Educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene is a key part of my role as a dental hygienist, along with building trusting relationships with my patients and making sure I continually learn and grow within the dental field.
Hobbies outside of dental Hygiene for Chelsea include, spending time with her friends and family, going to the gym and running and being with her cavoodle!

Ronan is an Oral Health Therapist with extended scope from the University of Adelaide. He has had an extensive history of the public health system working with families on improving their oral health, and specifically focusing on patient centred preventative and holistic care.
Ronan is involved with the Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists Association hosting CPDs where he continues to hone and grow his scope of knowledge and skills on evidence based practice.
Coming from a multicultural background, Ronan can empathise and understand different perspectives which helps him to connect to patients. Ronan is fluent in English and Tagalog. Outside of work his genuine curiosity leads him to learn more into science and technology as well as international culture and cooking.

A graduate from the University of Adelaide, Terry has a special interest in minor oral surgery and implant surgery. He was a senior dental consultant to Aust Craniofacial Unit of the Women's and Children's Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital. He was an associate lecturer for the Diploma of Implant Dentistry at the University of Sydney. He travels regularly to Sydney to perform implant surgery. He also mentors other dentists in the field of implant dentistry.
In 2001, Terry set up the Lions East Timor Dental Project and has since travelled regularly to East Timor to provide free dental treatment to those in need..
In 2008, he was awarded the Professional of the Year in SA.
Outside dentistry he loves fishing, hiking and growing orchids.

Debra, who joined the family dental practice team brings a rich background in
communication and people skills, earned through her years of experience in Management.
She is a very polite girl who goes well beyond on full filling patients need.
Outside of work, Her love for reading serves as a testament to her curiosity and desire to
stimulate her imagination, qualities that undoubtedly enhance her approach to patient
care. Debra can speak English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.

Kristy has been an experienced front office coordinator and qualified dental assistant since 1999. She believes in going over and above to give outstanding patient care and patient experience. Kristy has worked in many practice settings, from private to corporate, and believes that patient comfort and satisfaction should always be at the forefront of her mind. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest impact.
Kristy is a mum of two boys and lives in the beautiful Adelaide hills with her husband. She loves animals, spending time with friends and family, and, when she gets the chance, painting and day trips exploring all our state has to offer.

Jo is our Senior Dental nurse in our family run practice. Jo has 15 years of Dental expertise and
knowledge. Jo especially enjoys helping patients feeling calm, comfortable and at ease while
recieving treatment. Jo understands that patients may feel anxious and nervous about their dental
treatment, and is always with you for support to the best out come for your dental health.
Jo is a mum of large family and enjoys cooking and baking , and when time permits ,painting and
being creative.

Jacky is our another senior staff member joined our family run practice - with 26 years of dental experience in public and private practice. Jacky is extremely motivated individual who’s outcome focused and committed to exceeding patients expectations. Her commitment to self-development and lead by example in promoting a positive workplace culture.
Jacky’s knowledge of patients care and chair side assistance has provided with extensive knowledge of importance of seeking out and nurturing patients requirements.
Jacky enjoys a chat and laugh. During her spare time she is a mum of two children and with her four legged dog Ace right behind her. Enjoys catching up with friends, planning and organising outings, maintaining her garden and travelling round the country and overseas.
